Counselling Service

I offer one to one, confidential counselling sessions. Either face to face, over the telephone or online. I can support you to do something short term and focused, or long term for more complex, in depth work. Please see below for details about starting your counselling journey.

Consultation

I offer a consultation via telephone, which we can arrange for a time that is convenient for you. We will have a brief, informal chat about what brings you to counselling and see if we may be a good fit to work together.

Fee: Free

Initial session

This provides an introduction to your counselling. We will establish your needs, aims, and the issues you wish to explore. Then we can decide on how to work together to address these. This is a 30 minute session.

Fee: £22.50

Counselling sessions

Ongoing sessions, will be arranged for a suitable day and time. Sessions are 60 minutes long and are usually weekly, although they can be fortnightly depending on your needs.

Fee: £45

The Garden Office

Located in Huddersfield, just a 12 minute drive from the Town Centre, the garden office is the space where I carry out counselling sessions.

It provides a quiet, calm and soothing retreat.

There is a car parking space available or roadside parking.
